Absolutely outstanding service. We found ourselves in a really bad situation, and the guys at TBF Trucking & Service in Billings went way above and beyond to help us out. They didn’t have to go to the lengths they did, but they stepped up when we really needed it and made sure we were taken care of. It’s hard to find people who are willing to go that far out of their way to help someone, especially when you’re stranded and dealing with an unexpected situation. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting us back on our way. I can’t thank these guys enough. If you’re ever in the Billings area and need help, I would 100% recommend TBF Trucking & Service. Great people and exceptional service. They absolutely earned this 5-star review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and very professional! I had an issue with my truck’s DPF and needed help quickly. They responded fast, came out to my location, diagnosed the problem, and got everything fixed in about two hours. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the quick response and the fact that they were able to get me back on the road without wasting my time. Highly recommend this company to any truck driver who needs reliable and professional roadside repair service. Great job and great customer service!

Very bad experience with this truck repair shop. They took my money and did not provide honest service. My truck was kept there without proper explanation, and I believe they illegally held my truck while trying to charge me more money. Communication was poor, and I felt completely misled. I would not recommend this shop to any truck owner or driver. Be careful before doing business with them.

Stay away from this mobile truck repair service. This was by far the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. A job that should have taken about 3 hours ended up taking over 15 hours. I lost an entire day waiting while my truck was out of service, which cost me even more money. To make matters worse, they charged an outrageous amount for the repair. The quality of the work did not justify the price at all. I expected professional service, but instead I got delays, poor workmanship, and an overpriced bill. As an owner-operator, every hour my truck is down means lost income. Instead of helping me get back on the road quickly, they wasted my time and charged me a premium for it. I would never use this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you value your time, your truck, and your money, find another mobile mechanic.

The owner seemed knowledgeable when I talked to him on the phone, but instead of him coming to the truck stop he sent a guy out that was clueless after 2 hours of wasting time I told him I was done and to wrap it up. 675 was the charge for absolutely nothing. If you call them make sure the owner is the one that shows up.
